With over 30 years’ experience in event planning and execution, Mike’s intimate knowledge of how to deliver the perfect event cannot be understated. He has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, and retail industries (to name a few) and since Impact’s inception has continued to grow the companies’ reputation for delivering events of the highest quality.
Mike has sat on several client advisory boards, including Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel and the Marriott Hotel Group; invaluable knowledge that he can bring to the planning and strategy for any event.
When he is not planning a client’s next big event, Mike is a passionate traveller, with the raw, natural beauty of the wilderness of South Africa being one of his favourite destinations.
Anne has been making magic happen for 30 years, creating memorable events and experiences for corporates and incentive rewards programs in the financial, retail, automotive and IT industries. To-date, Anne has overseen the planning and execution of over 100 events all over the world from small intimate gatherings to large-scale extravaganzas.
Her varied and extremely well-respected career has taken her from Melbourne to Miami and Sydney to Shanghai and she has been delivering her A-game insights and strategy to Impact Events since 2010. Her motivation to deliver the best possible outcome that does not just meet a client’s expectation, but actively exceeds them is what drives her to continually raise the bar.
With 16 years’ experience as both an event co-ordinator and account manager, Rebecca has seen it all and continues to cultivate a reputation among her clients – and within the industry – for excellence. Her astute attention to detail, adaptability and easy-going nature makes her the perfect antidote for a client who is feeling a little overwhelmed as their vision is brought to life.

Since graduating with a triple degree in Event Management, Business and Tourism, Amanda has gained years of industry experience working for a leading event management software company. In 2012, Amanda brought her IT, sales, training and client management skills – as well as boundless enthusiasm – to the Impact team. Amanda’s high energy and technical know how makes her a valuable member of the Impact team and she enjoys taking on any challenge that comes her way.
