A Cultural Welcome in Ulaanbaatar

The journey began in Ulaanbaatar, where guests experienced Mongolia’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage. Highlights included a private monastery blessing, a visit to the impressive Chinggis Khaan Museum and a spectacular private welcome dinner and performance at the Hun Theatre, offering a powerful introduction to Mongolian music, dance and storytelling.

Immersion in Nomadic Life at Terelj National Park

Travelling into Terelj National Park, guests stayed at Juulchin Terelj Resort and took part in a specially developed Nomadic Heritage Experience. Hands-on workshops, traditional cooking demonstrations and an exclusive Mini Naadam Festival brought Mongolia’s centuries-old traditions to life. Evenings concluded with authentic Khorkhog hot-stone dining around the campfire, surrounded by the serene beauty of the steppe.

The Gobi Desert: Exclusively Impact

The experience reached its pinnacle with a private charter flight into the Gobi Desert, delivering guests directly to Three Camel Lodge —booked out exclusively by Impact for this group. Recognised by National Geographic as one of the world’s great eco-lodges, the

beautifully appointed traditional gers offered the perfect balance of authentic nomadic tradition and refined desert luxury.

Guests enjoyed an extensive range of activities designed to immerse them in Mongolia’s remote wilderness, including a sunrise sound meditation, unforgettable stargazing, camel riding across the dunes and a visit with a nomadic family. The experience culminated in sunset cocktails at the iconic Flaming Cliffs, accompanied by live music beneath vast desert skies.

The journey came full circle with a return to Ulaanbaatar for a final evening of celebration. A heartfelt farewell dinner, complete with live music and dancing marked the end of an extraordinary adventure, one defined by exclusivity, authenticity and meaningful connection.
